Durable, functional, easy to set up
We used this screen door to visually introduce our cats and it worked so perfectly! The cats could see, sniff, and hear each other clearly, and even though the kitten frequently *climbed* the screen door, it never ripped, tore, or even punctured! Also, we have carpet so I was worried about the bottom sticking, but it stuck down to the carpet with no issue and came off the carpet without taking anything with it! The wall stickiness too was great. I also really like how the zipper functions, there’s 2 so you have more control over how much of it opens and where. This came in handy for being able to step out of the kittens room without him being able to run out, and creating a little window for the resident cat to be able to safely experience the kitten a little bit more before the full introduction. $22 is an absolute steal for the quality and functionality of this screen door. 10/10 would recommend.

Truly kitten proof
High quality, very durable. I have had it for four months and the kitten climbs it at least once a day and it is still in perfect working order.

Be sure to install it right side up! And don't trip!
I foster several kittens and need time to prepare their plates of wet food without them climbing onto the counters and stepping into the plates of food or knocking full plates of food onto the floor. This screen looked like a good option to keep them out of the kitchen while I got their food ready. Admittedly, I installed it late at night when I was tired and wasn't at my sharpest. I was thrilled when I got it installed and my foster kittens were on the other side looking in. A couple of them tried to climb it but didn't get very high and thankfully they are very light so they did not pull it down. BUT....when I went to open the zipper so I could step through my newly installed screen door, I realized I installed it upside down! Ugh! It is important to install it correctly or the zipper placement will be awkward when you need to zip and unzip it and the bottom will not be secured to the floor properly. I reluctantly pulled off my newly installed screen and all of my paint came off along with it making the adhesive useless to re-use. Luckily they had an extra strip of the adhesive in the package so I pulled off the old one form the screen (it is stuck together using velcro) and put on the new adhesive strip. I reinstalled the screen door and was so pleased with myself until I realized I installed it upside down AGAIN! Seriously? I pulled off the screen and tried to reinstall it the correct way but the adhesive did not stay up for more than day or two because it was not meant to be pulled off and reinstalled. This screen would not have worked for me long term anyway because the bottom of the screen has a 3-4 inch strip that runs across the doorway that I kept tripping on as I walked in and out of my kitchen. This screen is better for non-high traffic doorways. Also, plan on repainting your doorway when you remove it because it is a very strong adhesive and it will strip all of your paint when you remove it. Hope you learn my lesson and install it right side up!

Sturdy But Needs Reinforced
First off, very very happy. Great quality for price. My cats haven't really tried to climb it though so can't speak for that. Velcro wore out pretty quick!! It would losen at the top and then the weight would bring it down. It was actually due to me trying to unzip it to go in and out that weakened the velcro and not our cats. The stickiness wasnt sticky enough for the amount of force needed to open it, but we kind of expected that after reading reviews. We ended up stapling the screen to the door frame with our staple gun which has worked great for us. We also stapled to the carpet just in case but they have not tried to climb under it but was a concern so consider that before buying. Overall very happy. Zipper is easy to use. Just make sure you get the door straight so pulling zipper up and down is easier. I am so happy, we can finally have AC in the house blowing from my husbands office to the living room and the cats can't get in!

Great net, worked better than we thought it would!
I was hesitant to order especially with a $20 price, but it was worth a try. We had a new rescued cat about nine months old and let's just say she is not a fan of our three older boy cats. We've tried the slow introduction multiple times over long term, but still, she's just not a "plays well with others" type of cat. The net has been great during that time, and now after when we just use it daily to keep everyone separated. The pictures show it after we had to take it down completely so we could move furniture in and out of it but it's still on pretty secure. One star removed because the snaps on the strap to hold the screen rolled up came out of the strap and now it can't be rolled up. Now, when we leave it open for her to roam about it's just hanging open freely. The little one was able to get out once but only because we had pulled it off the frame accidentally when were moving too fast and left a corner unsealed. Otherwise, this net worked as needed. We plan on ordering again to use for an upstairs room when we want the cats out but the house fan running.

Best tool for introducing cats :)
Until quite recently, I had three cats; ages 8, 6, and 5. I adopted my new senior, Vanilla, in March. Vanilla has lived in a home with dogs, but never other cats. I knew this would be an adjustment for her, so I set her up in my bedroom. Well, time passed and she was not warming up to my other cats. This is not a surprise, as I have some very interesting characters. I purchased this in hopes that she would warm up to venturing out of her room alone, as well familiarize herself better with my younger cats. I was a bit worried for a few reasons. 1) my older cat (8) is very smart. 2) my middle cat is very... Food motivated and lithe. And 3) my youngest is very strong. Pet gates have failed in the past to keep these three rascals at bay, specifically the young one. He doesn't jump so much as he does pull ups on his cat trees 😳 he's also the most likely to annoy my old lady! Installation was easy. I had surgery recently and was unable to reach my arms above my head. As such, a friend helped me with securing the top of the door frame. The Velcro is very strong, as well as the tape (sticky side? Idk). I have faith that it would have held, however, given my cats, I wanted to make sure. So we used a hammer to install pins on the sides and top. The bottom was a tight fit, which I knew it would be due to the door frame. We had to get creative. We used the available strip to nail it into the carpet and a couple of screws to secure it in the base board. I'm not sure that my fully grown cats could have pushed under, but I sometimes foster little kittens, and didn't want to take the risk. I've had no issue with either cats breaching containment! It's a bit of a hassle to open and walk through, but it's worth it :) vanilla will sit near the door and watch, and sometimes requests to be let out! She's still not huge on the other cats, but let's them know with a hiss or a slap through the mesh. At least she's communicating! I'm not sure if she will ever be full time in gen pop, seeing as my young cat likes to pick on his existing sisters (and they would eat all her senior food...). But with the help of this screen, I'm hoping she will soon feel comfortable enough to explore the entirety of her home :) until then, she has a nice, safe space made just for her!

It wont last forever, but, while it does, it gets the job done very well
I am currently ordering our fourth of these. If you're using these just temporarily to introduce a new cat, or protect a room for a few days, they do the trick. They're really easy to use and set up, and convenient to get through. Cats will climb it, and they will eventually get the adhesive off, but, it will take them at least a week (at least it did on our door frames, ymmv). But, for the purpose of introducing a new cat, I can't stress how convenient it was. We'd set one up, put food on each side at meal times, and use a laser pointer to play with both cats at the same time (pointing it in one room for a while, then moving it to the other, etc, so the cat's were "playing" together, while not able to actually attack each other. While every cat is different, we had tried solid doors and glass doors before, and it took a long time to get the cats to get along. With these, one pair of cats took just under two weeks, and two others were friends within 3 days. I wouldn't recommend it as a permanent barrier, or as something you used for long unattended, but, for our purposes, we love them.

Good for Corralling Kittens; Not So Good for Paint
We rescued some kittens last fall and transitioned them from a small enclosure to our guest room. We needed to be able to listen in on them while we worked, but still keep them contained because we were working and because they were not fully integrated with our adult cat. They were exposed to this for about 3-4 weeks between ages 4-5mo. It is DURABLE as heck. I was really pleasantly surprised! It stands up to kitten curiosity, claws, and claiming. Even multiple 4-5lb kittens claiming! They were not able to tamper with the zipper (though they tried). I was really impressed that the mesh didn't rip despite their persistence. It helped keep them safe, but also enabled them to have the reassurance of knowing we were nearby. Installation was easy, and it fit a standard door well. When it came time to take it down, though, it look a LOT of paint with it. Multiple layers, down to the wood underneath. Now, I'll say that the paint is on the older side, probably not properly prepped or applied (it predates us). But now I have weird bits of exposed wood where the adhesive took paint with it, and I don't love that - it will make prepping the surface for repainting harder. Even with that significant flaw, the durability of the product and the fit-for-need was great. I just wish I knew how hardcore it was on paint!

Great product
Surprisingly Sturdy – Great for Indoor Cats! I bought this cat screen because it was getting too hot to keep everything closed up all the time. The problem was, we’ve got an indoor cat, so leaving doors open wasn’t really an option—a bit of a Catch-22. Honestly, I didn’t expect much from it at first. It looked like just another bit of plastic, and I’ve been let down by cheaply made stuff from China before. But I was pleasantly surprised—this turned out to be really good quality. The extra mesh and extra Velcro were a thoughtful bonus. Our cat has actually climbed nearly six feet up it (seriously!), and there’s been no real damage at all. We’ve had it up for about four weeks now, and it’s holding up really well. Definitely worth it!

Muy segura
Se adapta muy bien a la puerta y está muy macizo. Yo la usé para un perro y sí le sirve como límite para estar en un lugar. No sé para gatos, pero recomendable para perros.
