Does anyone know the measurements for the small litter pan? I'm looking for small litter pans to use in cages for kittens for an animal shelter.

I don't know the exact measurements, but I've bought them before for that purpose and I believe they are about 12" long and about 8" wide. They do fit nicely in the cages. WalMart usually carries them too if you want to try to see one in person.

I think it would depend on the size of your bunny. A large bunny no because it is a small litter box. A small bunny or a miniature bunny I would say it would work. I do not know how high your bunny can hop to know if the bunny can get in and out of the box.
