Q: How does this work with homekit? do i need a hub to make this work with homekit?

This is the remote you need the master switch to make this work. You only need this is you have a 3 way or more switch. You do not need a Hub it works with Homekit and also works with Apple tv so you can control it remotely and control it through the Apple TV remote using Siri.

Q: how can i use this for my 277V drop ceiling lights? I want to connect to my phone app.

Just download the Leviton app on your smartphone and then it will work. I have AT LEAST 5 of theae switches

Q: Does this work with homepod command? (such as “hey siri turn on the lights in my room” ..)

I returned this switch as it was not what I needed

Q: Can this be used as a restroom switch considering the constant moisture?

Yes. No different than other paddle switches.
