Works well
Exactly what you would expect from a microplane, unbelievably sharp and works well but a absolute pain to clean.
User
Brilliant
Fabulous makes light work of zesting. Just what I needed. Highly recommended
User
Great for grating
I ordered the grater mainly for hard cheeses. Its super sharp and handles even the hardest of parmesan without catching. The handle is sufficiently ergonomic for longer grating times, although it seldom needs this as its grating capabilities are superior to my last model. At the time of ordering it's on the high side price-wise but it does the intended job exceptionally well and I do not expect to need to replace it any time soon

Does what it needs to do
Fabulous - game changer

User
Best ever grater
One of the best kitchen tool I've ever bought Grating lemon zest and parmigiano is so easy I can see why chefs use it.
User
Who doesn't love a microplane?
I love these - such an easy way to use garlic, nutmeg, parmesan and for zesting citrus fruit. They last such a long time too.
User
A different tool for the job
I have been using a Microplane fine grater and whilst they are good, this is the right tool for an excellent job
User
User
Amazing
Works great! Got this one for a gift because I love mine!
