Great material but very similar to some of the authors other work. Almost word for word with The As If Principle.

I always enjoy this author's books. They always present fresh insight and create a pathway to discover new things about ourselves and our lives.

Good present ahead of new year resolutions!

An easy reading version of main psicology topics which affect our daily life and behaviour. It interacts with the reader asking him to join experiments which show how little changes can change our life. It is based in the "as if principle", that is, act as if you had a charasteristic or as you wish to be and it will allows you to reach that faster than with other methods. It's all scientifically based!!!
