I have purchased a few of these over the years as my need for batteries that need to maintained has grown. Works well and extends the battery life. Easy to install, it is basically idiot proof, will not work if not hooked up correctly and if you do try to install incorrectly it has a safety circuit to prevent damage to itself. Charger itself is small in size. Love these things.

This product was very easy to use and performed completely as expected. It has a heavy duty feel and seems well put together. I previously had the NoCo Genius 1 trickle charger and used it over 2 years, with issues and odd indicator lights in each year that the technical support team at NoCo could not adequately answer. The first time they replaced the charger and the second time they kind of threw their hands in the air and said, essentially, "well, these chargers are supposed to be monitored"...for a product that is supposed to keep the battery charged while the owner is away for long periods(!!!). After that I gave up on NoCO and bought this product. The NoCo product is cheaper, but feels that way too.

I’ve owned several Battery Tender chargers in the past to keep my motorcycle batteries charged. They have always worked flawlessly and I expect this one to work the same on my small car. This should keep the battery at full charge while away for an extended period of time.

I have Battery Tenders on all my motorcycle, generator and utv batteries. These are the industry standard for quality and longevity.

Works as needed and at an affordable price.

The Battery Tender Junior 800 seems to be well made but one important point is worth noting. This unit will not charge a motorcycle battery that is completely depleted (i.e., dead battery). You have to have a minimal amount of voltage in the battery for the unit to work and so you will need to have a larger charger. Once I partially charged my dead motorcycle battery the Battery Tender did a good job of bringing the battery to 100% and seems to be holding the battery at full charge even in the middle of winter. I like that you can disconnect the alligator clips and permanently affix the connecting cable to the battery.

Perfect for maintaining your car batter. This product is an absolute must for anyone with a low mileage Porsche that gets driven sparingly. My recommendation is to purchase the eye hook accessory and permanently attach those to your battery so you can easily hook this battery tender up whenever necessary without fiddling with the plastic shields covering the battery in your frunk. Take it from someone that knows, if you ever let your battery go dead without having your frunk lid open, you will have an extremely difficult time getting it open! I have owned several battery tenders over the years and highly recommend their product for the quality, ease of use, and reliability.

We have been using these trickle charges for as long as I can remember. We have pig tails attached to each of our batteries, and simply cycle the charger every couple days to each of our vehicles, or toys. These small little charges have been extremely reliable over the years, and we are pretty confident they have long since paid for themselves by keeping our batteries conditioned and ready for our next adventure. Great product, highly recommend.
