The Method - Pilates Target Specifics Plus

I bought this dvd when I was in high school, about 15 years ago. It got ruined from overuse- so I ordered another. This workout is the best! You can feel the results the next day, and SEE results in days. You will sweat, tone and learn great balancing techniques. There are four separate workouts, 15 minutes each. Each section targets legs, arms, butt, and abs. Highly recommended.

Horrible from the first minute. Lurches right into some bizarre moves with no warm up....feels very dated. Not the Method Pilates I was expecting nor the quality of video I have typically encountered from this brand. I'm sorry I purchased this, I've tried on five different occasions to get on board with the content and just cannot even.

It was more than what I'd expected. Well worth the investment, and nothing I've ever done before... I noticed immediate next day results in core strength, flexibility and definition. :)

My sister and I used to use this work out DVD as teenagers and loved it. As we became adults we ended up losing the disk so luckily I found it again on here. It was much cheaper this time around and it came on the first expected delivery date which is awesome. With 2 kids on my hands I definitely know this will work and I trust it to help me lose weight. IT IS NOT AS CALMING OF A WORK OUT AS THEY MAKE IT SEEM. Mommies out there, if you want to lose that baby weight, this is for sure the way to do it!!! Last time I did this work out I lost 20 pounds after a couple months.

Been using this DVD (now online video) for years and love it. Kicks my butt.

This is my all-time favorite work out DVD. Seriously--I had it checked out from the library so long that it was declared missing. Then after I returned it and paid the fine, I had to order it off Amazon. Get with the program!

This is the second time I have bought this dvd. I used the first one until it wore out and broke, about 7 years and loved it so much I ordered the same one again!
