I got it 2 weeks ago. Been using it for 2 weeks. It was recommended from reviews. I saw on 2 posts that it broke. I took a gamble on it hoping it doesn’t break. Pros . I like that it’s lightweight, battery length is good, has a battery charger and it comes with 3 attachments. A good, basic vacuum with powe suction. I was impressed at how well it vacuumed my large rug and hallway rug and hardwood floors. Very easy to assemble when you get the new vacuum. Canister is easy to clean and attach to vacuum. Cons- If you increase higher power, it drains the battery. Kind of hard to remove battery. So far so good. Overall, this is a nice basic vacuum . Not fancy like Shark or Dyson. I like that I can vacuum quickly. Advice to preserve battery life is to vacuum short on an area, turn off the vacuum and go to another room and turn on . Don’t leave vacuum running while on battery usage. Be smart and turn it off going to another room. Most stick vacuums run on lithium ion batteries. Read reviews before you buy something. It’ll save you time and money.

This vacuum is the best. Great suction, it’s quiet, easy to dump, picks stuff up! Plus it’s lightweight for seniors.

This pet vacuum works really well for cleaning up pet hair. It has strong suction and easily picks up fur from carpets and furniture. It makes cleaning much easier if you have pets at home.

Overall, I am satisfied with this product. I like the design of the attached dust bin. It is easy to disassemble and provides access to the stainless steel filter. Also, it is easy to clean with a brush or wash. The two motorized tools effectively pick up dust and debris, both on carpets and wood floors. The rotating brushes can easily be removed for getting rid of entangled hair. I also like that the on switch is a toggle - no need to continuously press it. I dislike the "pistol-like" grip where the index finger is separated from the other fingers by a plastic protrusion. It is uncomfortable to the point where it hurts to hold the unit. The bristles of the brush tool are too soft and too long and cut at an angle. Thus, the vacuum must be hold at a particular angle. However, the weight of the unit presses down and "smashes" the bristles to the ground", resulting in poor cleaning performance. Other vacuums that I have owned provided brush tools with short, stiff, equal length bristles that are much better for cleaning upholstery, etc. As it is now, the brush tool is dysfunctional. Samsung should redesign it! The dearly missing tool is a flexible hose. With the provided tools, it is impossible too clean books in a shelf or reach into narrow spaces because the bulk of the attached dust bin gets in the way. Aside from reaching into narrow spaces, a flexible hose would be much lighter than holding the fairly heavy unit (like a gun). Finally, the vacuum is loud. Not as loud as the higher priced competition, but still ... There are corded vacuums that have much more pleasant sound profiles. If someone designs a cordless vacuum that doesn't sound like a small jet engine, I would upgrade immediately.

This thing works so well! It had no problem with brick dust and it is super light to carry around. The battery life isn't super long but I've not found this to be a problem. For the quick every day vacuum it can do my whole townhouse. For more in depth cleans I might need to charge between the upstairs and downstairs but I don't mind having a little break. On top of it all, this thing is beautiful, A+!

Worst vacuum I have ever had. Had problems with battery life right away. Samsung customer support said batteries don't have a warranty. I contact corporate. After quite a few exchanges they agreed to replace. I had to send the whole unit back! They replaced it with a brand unit. Now that one has failed. Didn't last even 1.5 years. Buyer beware. Guy at corporate was a smart ass.

Second one I'm buying for my family. Its works great and suction is fantastic. Has been using one for more than a year without any problem. Not to mention how lightweight is it

We have always used a big, bag vacuums but my husband tried our daughter's stick vacuum which resulted in this being a gift for my his birthday. It has been very well used!!!!! A day doesn't go by where it sits quietly and undisturbed in it's hanger! It is light and quick to grab on the fly but also works well for larger house cleaning projects. This seems to be one of his favorite gifts ever (which works well for me too :)). We are both fans of this product and would defiantly recommend. Five stars just isn't enough!
