The bottle is maybe about 4 - 5 inches tall. I have a hard time converting ml to ounces. However, let me tell you that the product itself is not that great. It dosen't taste any different from regular minced onion. It is certainly not worth the price that Amazon is charging. You can find it in the grocery store for less than half the price Amazon charges.

What is the shelf life of this product?

The jars have no date on them, but it’s been many months since I got the jar I am using, & it still has a nice onion flavor, no noticeable decline. Only thing I notice is that once I have opened a jar, which are glass, is the onion pieces slightly clinging together, but I live in the Deep South with high humidity. I love this with scrambled eggs best.

What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?

I use it anytime I need cooked onion and it works perfectly. I throw away so much fresh produce due to being short lived so I use this instead of buying onions to use in cooking. I try to always have an extra jar so I always have onion to add to a recipe.

What is the serving size, and how many are in a bottle?

I not sure I can answer but I'll try...The bottle is about 4 inches tall and not toobig in diameter, maybe 1.5 inches. Possibly about 3.4 cup in the bottle. No more flavor than regular minced onion. I found this product to be expensive and not worth the money. Good luck.
