It does not work for me. I took it as recommended. It actually makes me sleepy when I should be awake. I stopped taking it.

Normally I cannot remember my dreams at all, or maybe I have not been dreaming for the last decade, either way, taking 2 pills of this a day around lunch helps me fight the post-lunch nap time feeling and lets me experience (remember) my dreams every night. So far they have all been nightmares, but it is still sorta fun. I will be doing something mundane later in the day and something will remind me of something I dreamt about, normally my memory is pretty terrible, and I feel I am having enough effects to warrant subscribing to NootropX as part of my daily supplements (along with a Flintstones vitamin and fiber capsules). I cannot tell if it is NootropX alone, or how it combines with the low dosage of amitriptyline I take for migraine prevention, but I have not slept as good as I have while on this since I was a teenager (that ability to sleep in 10-12 hours on the weekend).
