I have been purchasing the women's 40 plus liposomal in vanilla peach and it taste great. I decided to try this one because of the benefits it is labeled to have the same flavor however the taste is not the same. And the reviews were not lying. It tastes horrific. This is coming from someone who drinks oregano liquid iron apple cider vinegar. This tastes so bad. Smells Like rotting fish, maybe cat food? Just no good... I should have listened to the reviews. I really thought the reviews might have been exaggerated, Nope they were not :)

The best vitamins! I love that it's absorption, which is excellent from an intake perspective. One thing is important: the taste is not the best, so I leave it in the fridge, and it tastes better cold.

This is the worst flavor. Absolutely nasty. So take it quick and have a chaser. I like that it has vitamins and it takes 2 seconds. Just be warned about the flavor, very fishy.

We are huge fans of Mary Ruth’s Organics - I’ve never been one to like taking pills so I thought I’d enjoy the liquid vitamins. The ingredients are all natural. The texture is fairly thick so it’s definitely something to get used to. I have always felt the flavors of the vitamins are quite overpowering and make it tough to swallow.

Flavor is nasty but it works. I stir it in warm water and down it like a shot for maximum absorbancy, maybe I'll try a different flavor. Flavor =🌟 🌟 but effectiveness=🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Perfect way to get everything in one dose. Decent taste, fast acting, and easy to take. High quality and well priced.

I love this company and really wanted to like this. I don't even know if it works because the flavor is so horrible that I've only been able to take it a few times. It's so thick that it's hard to get out of whatever measuring device that I've tried using and the aftertaste is disgusting. It's sickly sweet and so hard to swallow. I'm not sensitive to taste and will choke down almost anything that's good for me, but I just can't with this. I will still use their other products but this one is going in the trash.
