Very happy with product
I bought it 3-4 months ago , I really like this cap . Itโs still good working as new so itโs good for value . Does the job . Itโs a little big for head but thatโs ok .

Smoking and burning sme
After half a year of use, one day while using I smelt a burning smell and smoke was coming out of the cap. I immediately switched off the power and kept the cap away. No power supply issues no water around, still this happened. It's dangerous

Works so well~
The cap is big and Spacious ๐ฅ and worth the money, same caps are available in more Heavier prices, So I thought this will be a scam types wala item, But I was so wrong. This heating cap is awesome, I use it before having a shower, by oiling my hair with coconut oil, and Keep it for 30 minutes. Might be a lil big for small heads, But is good for me as I have a big head๐ this works so well, So far there is no Malfunction or any Electrical shock issues (that was what I was worried about ๐คช)

Not practical
The wire is very short forcing you to set by the outlet if you want to use it. Also it rapidly disconnect and you have to readjust the wire to fix it

Not for Australian powerpoints
Completely useless in Australia as it doesn't come with an Aussie cord. Amazon was just as useless in their lack of assistance and problem solving. Might as well cut a whole in it and use it as an ugly overpriced tea copy.
