I have tried many protein powder brands over the last 20 years and none compare to this one. I have bought the Cookies n cream and Angel Food Cake flavor, and it tastes amazing. Cookies n Cream is my favorite so far. I’m buying the Graham Cracker this time. It does not bloat my stomach, it keeps me fuller longer, and it’s packed with all the right ingredients. I use it to make shakes, mix into my yogurt, pudding, and if you mix with peanut butter it’s like cookie dough! It’s definitely worth trying!

Not too sweet and perfect with its casein whey blend. Mixes seamlessly with water and really does taste better with some ice as recommended on tub. Keeps me full and I feel sustained! Wish I could try other flavors without buying a whole tub 🤷🏻‍♀️

I like this protein that was recommended by a friend. The taste is good. I do feel like the ingredients list is decent, but some of the other brands have some better ingredients. I am not a heavy weight lifter so it’s not as big of a deal to me. I drink them to stay full on the go. I like that I can mix it with water instead of almond milk and it still tastes great. It does have a very creamy taste, almost like if you mixed it with whole milk(that’s the best description I can come up with) I like the taste, but if you are not into a creamy flavor you might not like it. I am on my third tub and still like it and a few of my co-workers also drink this brand. Good choice for the money.

We have been using this protein powder in smoothies and it mixes great. It isn't grainy and mixes up easily. It is also easy on the digestion. My husband drinks this before he goes to the fitness center to walk in the pool. It has helped his appetite.
