McCoy - Ultimate Rosenbaum/Snellen Pocket Eye Chart - -

I use it on a daily basis in primary care clinical rotations. It is quite handy to simply pull it out of your lab coat pocket and quickly screen visual acuity. The card is flexible but durable plastic, so over the past year it hasn't worn much at all.

Has charts for both near and far acuities that can be done at bedside, is the perfect size for a lab coat pocket, and is a thin plastic that feels durable. It doesn't have much wasted space (pupil gauge and rulers are nice additions). It's been very handy to keep around and it seems to be more useful than the other pocket eye charts on Amazon

These were purchased to compliment a doctor's kit comprised of inexpensive medical devices/tools. Our twins love the approach over the Doc McStuffins offering. The twins immediately noticed that the Disney brand did not resemble at all what they are accustomed to seeing in a doctor's office. Pink and sparkly.

I was in an online FNP program and we have to purchase our own equipment for completing our health assessment course and clinical practicums. This eye chart was compact, clear to read, easy to wipe off and convenient for patients to read. Nurses that work in home health or any provider that makes home visits, could truly benefit from this pocket eye chart. Excellent tool to have when assessing patients!!!

These are good eye charts but they arrived warped. I'd return them for replacements but I did that one other time and Amazon said they didn't receive the returned item, so I was charged for the replacement as well. One star because it p*sses me off to receive damaged goods. Otherwise I'd give these charts 5 stars. Clear, convenient, portable, easy to practice vision improvement when you have a moment. Snellen chart includes red and green bars for color perception. Pupil guages and rulers (inches and cm) on both charts.

Perfect in every way. Most of the pocket snellen charts (6 feet away) don't have the other numerical chart on the back. This is an upgrade! It is a medium weight plastic and it is expected to hold up over time.

I saw this at my eye doctors office. It's a great way to keep track of any change in your eye sight over time. If the eye doctors use it, that's good enough for me.

This was something that I thought would be a great addition to the doctor cart but it was much smaller than I thought it was.. Other than that it serves it purpose .
