We love it! Bought it for the "handles". Very sturdy. Easy to put the handles on. That is the only assembly required. We are 75 yrs old and feel safe on it. Non slip steps. Easy to use. Not too heavy to carry. Folds nicely. Price is good also.

You do need to put the handles on but that was easy to do. Being 5'1" and a bit heavier than I should be i wanted a safer ladder than what I had. This is it. Wide steps, great handles, and never felt like i was in danger of falling. I cleaned high shelves that haven't been cleaned in months. I felt safe going up 3 steps! Definitely recommend this item.

SO-O-O safe to stand on. My husband thanks me for finding this ladder. It’s especially helpful for anyone older with knee problems. Handles all the way up and the pockets are a plus. HIGHLY recommend it, you won’t be disappointed. 🥰

I love this ladder with the hand railings; but I do wish it was WIDER. It's a little Narrow. More so than I thought. I'm 6'4" and 300 lbs, wider is better

Best stepladder I’ve ever had. It’s sturdy and strong enough to support my weight even on the top step. The handles are great and make me feel more confident and secure. Assembly is really easy. All around great product! Worth the money as it will last for years to come.

My brother introduced me to this ladder and I had to get one. I have vertigo and getting on step stools or ladders gets me so dizzy my fear of falling keeps me off them. I hate that I can't change my air filters or put batteries in clocks on the wall. Well not any more. The handles on this ladder makes you feel hugged and secure. I can now get on the third stop with only a little trepidation and reach up and change those dang HVAC air filters on my own. It's not without a little stress, but nothing like before. I am a plus size woman and do not feel at all unsafe on this ladder. It folds up for easy storage in my garage. It's not too heavy to carry around, and the covers on the handles make them slip resistant and very secure. I highly recommend this product.

My previous 3-step ladders have been lightweight and a bit flimsy. Not confidence inspiring. My wife makes dozens of cross-stitch projects to be wall mounted and with this new ladder I just completed a 6 picture installation. It required measuring and marking the wall up to about 8 feet. This ladder provided a very sturdy, wide platform to work from. I like the extended upper rail that I can lightly lean against while standing on the top step. It also has a tool pouch which is handy if the tools fit. I wish one of those pockets was larger, able to hold something like a stud finder. Of course, snipping some threads between pockets can solve that issue. The side rails add support when climbing up with one hand full of tools. The padded side and top rails are a nice touch and add comfort. The legs are spread wider than 2 other step ladders I have which makes it more stable. Very happy with this ladder and I actually look forward to more use.

Take into consideration that I am a 76 year old woman, not the least bit muscular. I got the box from outside my door and was able to "walk it" into the kitchen where I had room to open it. It was very easy to assemble; I considered filming to show how easy, but I maneuvered it out of the box awkwardly rather than cut the box in case I had to return it. Instructions were clear and all parts were there. It was light to pick up and looks like the sturdy item it is. I already had a 4 step stool/ladder and for the last couple of years I have been a little unsure when I climbed it because I held onto the top and it tilted forward on me. This was easy to climb and the handles made me more secure when I was on it.

Love this ladder. I read a lot of negative reviews but it is light enough for practically anyone to pack around with ease all the parts line up perfectly and the bolts are very strong enough. People were saying the instructions were hard to follow but who needs instructions as it was so simple to put together without any instructions. This is a 5+ star ladder.
