Excellent machine - easy to use and clean
Very happy with this professional quality machine. Have used it a few times already and it is very easy to setup, use AND clean up afterwards. Mesh insert recommended. I donโt have the dome but can see how it will help to keep the process cleaner for the operator. Will idly add that soon

Great at its job. Had to add sugar more than anticipated but my classes loved the treat. Much better than the little ones the sell for "personal" use. If you need to make more than one get this one.

Unable to get it to work properly
I tried different setting to get the sugar to turn to cotton candy. There is much more sugar than cotton candy on the tub walls. I turn the setting to its highest and the cotton candy doesn't produce very well. I tried pouring the sugar in very small increments and its just not working well. The party is in two days and it doesn't look good.
