Great! The pack should come with this!
Wonderful! The pack should come with this to keep the valve clean while hiking. 1 problem: water gets caught in there somehow and it drips during hikes and in the car. I don’t really mind but some might.

fits bigger circular bite valves.
was struggling to find a cap that would fit but glad to have found this one from gregory. fits great on my bite valve which is circular (and not oval like a lot of the other ones out there).

Kept dirt and dust off
This was Ana amazing thing to have on my Everest base camp trek. Kept the dirt and dust off my mouthpiece so I could trek without worry. I cleaned it off each night and was one of the only people on my trek who didn’t get sick!

Simple and effective
Nice and simple. Goes on easy and keeps the mouth piece clean when I’m putting my backpack down in the dirt, hitting it against foliage, etc.

What’re you gonna do?
Why not four stars? Because I wish the strap thing was longer. It would make it easier to get the cap over the bite valve. As it is, it just reaches the edge of it. Does it work as intended? Yes. Should it be included in the first place? Also yes. Did it leak for the first time while using this cap? Again, yes. But what’re you gonna do, let it drag all over the ground and your car? No thanks.
