can you put this under nail glue for easy press-on nail removal?

Yes you can, I put it under my solid gel glue for my full coverage nails and wear them for 3 weeks. And when I want to change my nails they come off.

Are thr primer and base coat a latex peel base?

Base coat would have to be a gel polish

Do I have to use the primer for the base to work or will it work if I apply the base coat first and then my sensationail gel color polish and top coat

You have to use the primer for it to work- they all work together. You can use any color with the primer and base though

I have the original kit that requires soaking. Can I just switch the base coat to the peel off one or do I need the new primer and top coat too?
