Works well, even if the taste isn't great - follow the directions
FLAVOR & MOUTHFEEL: I purchased the mint flavor and, like many others, noticed the astringent, mouth-puckering taste shortly after use. After swishing for the recommended 60 seconds, I spit out as much of the mixture as possible (don't rinse with water or it'll ruin the treatment), then swish saliva around in my mouth for another 30 seconds (admittedly gross, but effective) before spitting again to reduce the lingering astringent sensation. It's not a dealbreaker for me, but something to be aware of. EFFICACY: This product has worked well for me. Previously, I used a sodium fluoride mouthwash in the morning after brushing, but by lunch, I could already feel plaque forming at my gumline. Since switching to this product, that hasn’t happened - my teeth feel almost completely plaque-free throughout the day. As for sensitivity, I haven’t noticed any changes yet. However, I understand it can take time for dental tubules to fully block for relief, so I plan to update my review after finishing the first bottle. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: It’s essential to follow the product's instructions carefully, as this is a concentrated formula that must be diluted before use. A measuring cup is provided with marks for accurate mixing. Here’s how to prepare it: 1. Pour the concentrate to the "1/8 OZ. RINSE" line on the cup (note: this refers to weight, not fluid ounces). Be cautious, as it’s easy to overpour. 2. Add water up to the "1 OZ. WATER" line. 3. Secure the provided cap, shake well to mix, and then swish the mixture in your mouth for one minute before spitting it out (again, don't rinse with water). The bottle contains enough concentrate for about 22 uses, which equates to roughly three weeks of daily use - not two uses, as another reviewer claimed. PRICE: I purchased the small 2.75 oz bottle for $4.83 in January 2025. With 22 uses per bottle, that works out to $0.22 per use ($4.83 ÷ 22). For comparison, my previous sodium fluoride mouthwash cost $4.98 for a 1-liter bottle, providing 100 uses at just $0.05 per use ($4.98 ÷ 100). While this product is nearly five times as expensive, it delivers 20 times the bioavailable fluoride per use. I believe I'm seeing improvements to my oral health that justify the cost. For me, less than a quarter per day is worth it. That said, I plan to shop around to see if this product is competitively priced from other sellers.

Fits the bill perfectly for me.
Great product! I have tried all the other fluoride rinses on the market and this one is top notch. The concentrate is easy to mix in the provided container and it has no overpowering taste. I also like the fact that it is concentrated and not a bulky bottle that is hard to store. Saves trucking all the large bottles of ready-to-use products all over the USA, too.

Health FAIL Led Me Here
So I absolutely wrecked my teeth using natural toothpastes - sls and fluoride free- for the last 3 years. I didn't realize I had cavities (?) forming until I literally broke into a molar eating a pop tart with sprinkles on it. From outside my teeth look ok but apparently my enamel went to hell. I had noticed some tooth sensitivity here and there before this happened but chucked it up to my period or clenching my teeth in my sleep...but nope! Those were not the reasons at all. The enamel damage makes sense as I am an OJ fan and tend to eat alot of acidic things (citrus fruits, tomatoes, and fermented things) daily. Technically, these are "healthy" foods but the acid in these foods act like missiles on your teeth and keeping fluoride in your diet could help combat this. Fingers crossed on whatever the dentist says because my attempt to be "healthier" backfired spectacularly and I may be spending thousands this year (or over the next few years) repairing my once perfect teeth. In the mean time I ordered this mouth wash and pronamel toothpaste that has fluoride but no SLS (to avoid cankers). Not sure if this will help any considering this damage took 3 years to create but it has helped significantly with pain and sensitivity. To any person reading this - don't fall for the health hypes like I did and abandon fluoride completely.

Increased Cost
Product is of good quality and works well on my gum issues. I have purchased this product 4 times in the last two years. The last order was in September 2024 and the cost for ( 2 ) of the same size bottles was $9.86 + tax. I reordered this month and the cost had increased to $13.99 + tax for one of the same size bottles. My bad, my fault for not catching that when I ordered using the Buy Again option. Just wondering what caused such an increase in cost. I will pay closer attention on all future orders.

Wow
I have bought the 3m gel 4% several times in the past, but this .63% rinse is definitely stronger. The clear mixing tube is clearly marked and you must mix this gel with water so follow the instructions provided. I estimate 20 rinses per bottle (i bought 2 in nov 2024 since one reviewer said the bottles were very small). Anyway i estimate i used 1/4 of an ounce of my mixed solution for my first rinsing and will save the remaining mixed solution for the following evenings. I can feel a very very slight tingling in my teeth and thruout my mouth area, but its very very mild. I started using filtered water with a sinktop filter that also removes flouride. I asked my dentist about my concerns and he really didnt say much except that i would know in a few years if there is a problem. My parents lost pretty much all their teeth by the time were 45, and i am really trying to not have that happen to my teeth. I encourage anyone reading this that if they are afraid of visiting a dentist, please still visit a dentist regularly to help your teeth. Dentists have so many incredible techniques, gels, tools, and training to help any patient with dental fears.

It's getting tougher to find Stannous Fluoride rinse in this form. This is the real thing and works very well.
