Bag was delivered with a hole in it. I assume I can just throw all the packs in the oven to restore them?

Yes, according to the instructions that came with my order, to restore the effectiveness, you place packs in the oven at a specific temperature and time. Since your package was open upon arrival, you should request a new order and return or dispose as instructed. Never hesitate to report an order that has been opened or damaged. You health and well-being are too important!

what is the best for jewlery ?

Package says can be used for jewelry

Are the gels packed into smaller quantities so the big pack of 45 doesn't have to be opened all at once?

No, they come in one bag. But you can divide them into smaller pouches if you want to on your own.

can they be used inside a jar of gatorade powder to prevent it from clumping?

Greetings Fellow Silica Gel Pack Enthusiast. Yes, this’ll work for your application as it is food safe. I myself, use those powdered drink offerings to flavor my boring and bland bottled water and finding it hard at the bottom of the container is disheartening to say the least. So, go forth, purchase this product and live your life clump free. What a great product. Buy with confidence.
