Worthile drive, great value
Works, S.M.A.R.T seems clean and new as intended. arrived super quick. Recommended, seems very good value.

Good Value
Have been using for around 6 months as a DNLA network drive w/ USB 3 enclosure. No issues encountered so far having added to capacity (4TB) and deleted files amounting to several Terabytes both ways. Runs a little noisy sometimes, but mostly quiet. Write speeds vary wildly based on where your data is originating. Copying from SSD results in very fast transfers (~150+MB/s) and HDD (5400) to HDD (5400) has average to bad transfer speeds (~40-50MB/s). My drive is a 5400RPM drive as advertised. Would recommend for cheap storage solution where data loss risk is acceptable.

4 years no issues
I have been running a couple of these since 2022 and still going strong (2026) - I'm only writing this review because one of my WD drives died (i bought the WD after these) and needs replacing and so i figured i would buy one of these again. Unfortunately it's now 3x the price it was in 2022 and doesn't really make sense vs a namebrand.

Works just fine.
I've had this over a week now and it works for my purpose just fine. It was the right speed (5400) and the right size. It seems stable and I am very pleased with this hard drive. Will it last? Only time will tell. After 2 and a half years it does have 640kb of bad sectors but overall a good buy for a backup drive

Great customer support
Drives were packaged very will for shipping. One of the 3 drives I received was encountering some SMART errors. I reached out to customer support and they resolved the issue same day. The drives are labeled as 5400rpm however as others have mentioned they do register ast 7200rpm drives. Relative to other drives they aren't loud at all.

Over temperature constantly alerts on DVR
Good price however they make the alert go off for over temperature in the DVR. Seller would not honor any returns.

Good drive for backups
I've been purchasing these drives for a while to back up my video files and things. So far, so good. They've all worked properly and been brand new, no hours, and no bad sectors. I think I'm up to 4/5 of these now.
