SB-1000 Pro has terminals to accommodate speaker-level input from a power amplifier. SVS SoundPath Ultra Speaker Cable have gold-platted brass spades that work well, albeit being expensive. Ordinary banana plugs won't fit the SB-1000 speaker input without major physical configuration. I recommend staying with the line-level input.

Hello, would this sub work on an integra dtr 9.1?

I do not own an Onkyo Integra dtr 9.1. It's appears somewhat comparable to a Yamaha RX-1010 that I have been using for many years, more recently with the SVS SB-1000. Using the SB-1000, expect the bass to extend lower with good accuracy. If you expect overpowering low end, you may want to consider two SB-1000 or larger SVS subwoofers.

Good subwoofer at an honest price

I like the control of several parameters via software app. This gives a lot of control at your fingertips. I downloaded RAW software and bought its recommended calibrated microphone. Now I am experimenting to optimize the sound. Being a sealed subwoofer, the output is short tailed and controlled. The power is sufficient. Not fancy as the KEF's but very competitively priced.
