Q: can I just throw two of these on the ground and use it to park my bike upright, freestanding?

no. this just keeps the front wheel from moving side to side. the trainer mounted to the rear axle is what is actually holding the bike up.

Q: Can this be used with an Adult Trike

I don't have an adult Trac trainer, but I am pretty sure it does.

Q: Could you stack 2 of these together for higher rise options?

Gosh, I had two of these and could have tried this, but I gave one away. It might work, but it would also work to put a thick book or board under this riser and then use the three options to get the desired height.
