Will this fit a winchester sx4?

It should fit anything with a ribbed vent.

Will this fit stoeger shotgun?

Yes. I've placed these sights on my sons 12 guage Stoeger P3000 for turkey and deer hunting.

Is there a similar sight for shotguns without a vented barrel?

Nope, not unless your barrel is already set up for iron sights.

Any one put these on a charles daly ca612?

Depends on the width of the vent rib on your shotgun. Measure the width of the vent rib on your shotgun and then pick the size that corresponds to the specific width.
