Good for heavy guy on a long board on rough roads?

I don't know if they'd be good for that or not. They work well for rougher roads for me, but I weigh around 170 lbs. Depending on the size of wheel you prefer, some longboard wheels may work better as they're made for smooth rolling on rough and smooth roads, as well as for grip and speed. Powell Peralta G Bones @ 97a or G Slides or Bones ATF that are equivalent to the G Slide (I can't think of name present moment). Depends on whether you're doing tricks or not, but I did like the OJ @ 95a. Powell makes others at 93a that may be better for heavier and for rougher roads. Spitfire also has an 80HD formula which is smooth rolling in both Classic and Conical shapes for tricks as well as an incredibly smooth ride with good speed at same time. The heavier rider part is about all I can't help you with, but I'd recommend for the little I have used them and their performance and durability on the surface I bought them for use on as well as smoother parks. I'd recommend Mini Logo if they weren't bouncy as they make a lower Duro as well (I've yet to try the ATF or Powell's mentioned, but have Bones at a higher Duro and found them feel softer...SML is also softer at same Duro) Santa Cruz 95a to 97a is potentially same as OJ which is nice, but same as Bones feel on pavement. Dogtown also makes softer wheels, and the new Bones X V6 97a are some I would like to have opportunity to try. Depending on size and shape you're looking for, the 97a Powell G-Bones seems like it would work for a heavier rider better for thee slightly wider contact patch than the Nomad, but they're also a little different, with a higher Duro that's both smooth and fast (though I used them on mostly smooth surfaces, with occasional rough spots that they did well on compared to my higher Duro wheels... And that could have been because of size more than Duro as they're 64mm and I typically skate 52mm, occasionally I've used 54mm which are nice.) I hope I answered your question rather than causing any confusion. If I were heavier, I'd ride the OJ again, but with a larger mm or even something similar with a slightly wider contact patch. But again, the Nomad rolled smooth on the rougher surfaces as designed. Have a good day/night.

Are these wheels (94mm) good for tricks, cruising, and skateparks using an 8 inch board?

In my opinion, 94mm is a little big for tricks, especially on an 8" deck. Powell makes a 64mm that seems nice that might work better, but also seems better for a larger deck. Spitfire's as well at a lower Duro for the cruising part as well as the size of deck staying at 8" since they're 58mm and Classic or Conical shapes. Have a good day/night.
