Gold Bond Diabetics' Dry Skin Relief Body Lotion, 18 oz., with Aloe to Moisturize & Soothe

I've been using this twice a day for 2 weeks and it feels great. I have some auto immune issues and my skin is very sensitive and prone to some peeling and cracking on my legs if not moisturized regularly. My problem was that most lotions irritated my skin to the point that I only used Vaseline Petroleum Jelly. That worked, but is greasy and gets on everything. The Gold Bond Diabetic lotion works better! My skin is so smooth now with no peeling. When I put it on, it feels so good! No fragrance is just what I need for my sensitive skin. I'm sold! This is my go-to lotion from now on!

Okay, so I live in the northeast (Boston area) and dry skin in the winter months is always a problem. Couple that with aging and just being a new diabetic 2 person and you have really, really dry skin. My legs and feet especially dry and almost cracking so I needed something convenient that would work. Well I can honestly say that this moisturizer is the best - it is hypoallergenic and dispenses through a pump top and covers the skin well and is absorbed too. What more can you ask from a lotion. It is very creamy to apply and does get absorbed nicely. Highly recommend!

I don't know why I went with anyone other than Gold Bond before. Their products have consistently stood the test of time and this lotion is no exception. This is the only lotion that ACTUALLY keeps my skin soft and supple without being overly scented (no scent at all, actually!) or worse, feeling super greasy and/or heavy. It rubs in quickly and easily! I use this after every shower with Dove Deep Moisture body wash (or the generic equivalent) and my skin feels the best it's ever felt. What a relief to finally have a winning combination of skin care as a diabetic.

The lotion is quite effective, ordered it because the one in the tube was not available. Either it was out of stock or it has been discontinued. Not so good was that it seems that it was a ''return'' item put back in the stock room, and sent out for the next customer. Did not bother returning it since it wasn't noticed until after using it once; it was just not worth the effort. Am not 100% certain it was not 18 oz., but then why have such a large bottle? Still, it's not a bad price for the amount left in the container.

I use this product from head to toe after each shower, and it is really helping my dry skin. I even layer it on top of my moisturizer when I am going to be outside for a long time or before bed. There is no sticky feeling or residue and there is no scent to compete with my perfume. You can probably find this at your local drug store, but what is better than home delivery?!?

My step father is a 90-year old Type I diabetic. His skin is always dry and itchy. This lotion really relieves his discomfort!
