The small mold makes a ravioli or dumpling 3"x1.5" and the large one 4"x2"

What is the radias of the dough when using the dough cutter?

The cutters are 3" and 3.5" wide so your dough has to minimum of 4' wide but can be 8" 12" 16" etc. based on the surface you are working on, how many you want to make and the time you want to spend rolling out the dough. I myself make it as wide and long as I can to shorten prep time.
