Does the end unscrew so i can add beads

just open the ring and remove, add bead and replace ring. Pretty simple. You may need a bead reamer or buy beads with larger hole.

I purchased 2 sets and now they are turning dull and black in spots?

It's cause they are 925 silver "plated". I personally think it's bull crap that they are allowed to put 925 on these. Complete rip off.

My pendant has a hole 1.5-2mm in inner diameter, can I use this chain for the necklace?

Dear, The thickness for our necklace is 1.20mm.So it is no problem to go through your pendant.Thank you ! : )
