Yes, but it's not one-touch to collapse. Keep the two wrenches it comes with to remove the two screws on the silver bar holding the support arm. Take that out and the whole thing folds almost as flat as before - flat enough to fit along the footwell behind the front two seats of a four-door car (and in the trunk as well). This might be a burden for daily use, but if it's infrequently brought out and put away this seems like a reasonable amount of effort to make it easy to store.

No, it weighs probably 12.5 lbs. Definitely under 20 lbs.

How does this chair keep you from hunching over?

If you hunch over you will literally fall flat on your face. It forces you to sit upright or risk falling. Not good if you have balance issues.

The chair was reasonably comfortable. I kept it in a studio which I use sparingly. However, after 13 months, the main seat separated from the metal rod it was welded to, making the whole thing totally useless. Quite frustrating that it only lasted that long. Would not recommend because the item will not last.
