Don’t waste your money!
This is a waste of money. Merrithew should be ashamed to charge so much for the rebounder with no real support. This video shows minimal use of the rebounder. I could have figured out on my own what they showed me here. Half of the video were exercises that could be done without the rebounder . Zero stars

I have many Stott DVDs and this one is good. I wish there was more bouncing in it.

because when it described what you required to use this ...
because when it described what you required to use this dvd I got it because all it said you needed was the reformer when in fact you need the long box too I sent it back

Seulement 1 entrainement pour ce prix!!!
DVD d'explication du Reformer, de la compagnie, des fondateurs etc. et un seul entrainement. J'ai acheté aussi l'ensemble de 2 DVD et même chose du bla bla et seulement 1 entrainement. C'est très décevant vaut mieux chercher sur internet un abonnement pour à peu près 20$ et avoir de vrais entrainements. C'est rire des propriétaires de Reformer Stott!
