Good blend of vitamins for daily needs. Bottle directions indicate 2 per day, but I have opted for 1, as I discovered for me personally, 2 hits me like I've drank 4 cups of coffee (which I already do daily). Price is right for the quality, shipping is fast. Overall happy with these vitamins, and will purchase another bottle when I get low.

I can feel better taking these vitamins. So I believe they are high quality and support my health. They are strong and take a reduced daily dose. They do not have iron to support blood.

Best multi-vitamin as always

Overall seems like a good multi vitamin but smells horrible. The worst smelling vitamin I ever bought. I’m surprised more reviews haven’t mentioned it, but the smell hits you as soon as you open the bottle. Like rotting fruit cake on a hot summer day. If you can get past that, I’m sure the health benefits outweigh the bad smell.

I ordered these a year and a half ago looking for a veggie alternative to supermarket brands. Take it on and off to ensure I’m getting essential nutrients. Honestly keep forgetting to take them and it’s been at least 6 months since I did until day before yesterday. Got a routine blood test and doctors office calls to say I have extremely low vitamin D levels. Any case I’d been suffering from low energy for months and chalked it up to just working from home too much and job stress etc. I would run on the hills by my house and get winded in a couple hundred feet. Kept thinking it would get better once my body got used to it, but never really did. I realized these pills have vitamin D in them and popped a couple a few days ago. I did a half hour work out the next evening followed by a 45 min run/walk with my dog right after and suddenly had plenty of gas to do it. So...that was pretty amazing. I can’t be sure if it was the vitamin D or all the other stuff in there but even 5 months away from expiry this thing improved my energy and sense of well being big time. I felt calmer and more clear headed too, but that could be caused by the additional exercise as well. I'd say about a 60-70 % energy improvement in just a day! So yeah I would say these work quite well. This might be my first review written even though I read a lot of them! :)

I've been using CLA as a supplement for years. I go through lots of ups and downs with my exercise routine, but taking CLA consistently helps me retain my muscle when I spend more time on cardio than lifting, boost my metabolism when I am go through spurs of doing intermittent fasting and in some instance when my diet and exercise are in full alignment, I have seen fat loss. As soon as I forget and stop taking these, I start sneezing and getting allergies indicating that my immune system is weaker than when I'm on these vitamins. 3. Consistent Energy Throughout the Day These vitamins will give you consistent energy throughout the day, if taken in the morning with a meal. By energy, I don't mean an energy drink or coffee type of energy. Assuming you get great sleep, with these vitamins you will find yourself more focused throughout the later parts of the day. Conclusion I've taken these for several years now, and I will keep taking these for years to come assuming they are consistent with quality and ingredients

These have great amounts of vitamins and even some copper and zinc. But the trade off is that they taste pretty bad and are on the larger size
