The best way to store freshly roasted coffee beans
Must have if you roast your own coffee beans. The newest small size easily holds enough beans for 20 to 30 drinks. I particularly like the handle adjustment to allow co2 to escape the first couple days.

So convenient for coffee bean storage
I purchased this a week ago and love it. I have used the other type of container where you twist top repeatedly to create a vacuum to release air. But it requires a large number of turns to expel the oxygen in case of a smaller amount of items in the container (say 3 oz. of coffee beans). It can be exasperating. But on the Airscape you just push down on the removable top to expel the air, and only one push regardless of the amount left in the container (from 2 oz. to 12 oz.). So convenient and easy. And it removes essentially all the air which will vary somewhat depending on how small the items (say coffee beans in my case). If you have items that arenโt small and easy to compact(in my case Valhrona chocolate elliptical pieces) you may want the vacuum type container with the twist top.

Excellent for coffee beans.
I use one of these to hold unground coffee beans instead of those flimsy plastic bags that never seem to fold back up quite right. Well made, looks good. Seems to keep them noticeably fresher than those bags do. Will purchase another for grounds (to avoid waking neighbors at 6am).

Great Coffee Bean Canisters
I purchased two canisters, one large and one small. The large version for storing beans in the cabinet, and the small one to keep on the counter adjacent to the coffee machine. After about a week and a half storing them in the large container, beans continue to smell as fresh as they did when they first came out of the bag. The large container is great for storing a couple of pounds+ of coffee, but not recommended for daily use. As the volume gets low, you need to push the inside bladder far, pulling it back the same distance when obtaining beans. Having the same design in a smaller and less deep version eliminates this problem, plus takes up much less counterspace. I recently purchased the KitchenAid burr coffee grinder. What a great combo. Fresh beans ground just before brewing each morning. My only complaint is the delivery time for the second, smaller unit. Delayed twice, over a week, but worth the wait!

Impressive product
I picked the smaller version because I read in the reviews the larger one was too cumbersome to use daily so I chose to get the smaller one for daily use. I'm glad I did. it's a slick product. Unfortunately it arrived with a dent. It must have been packed that way because the box was not damaged. So that was a little disappointing to receive a new product already damaged. However, I wanted to make sure the review reflected that it appears to be a quality product and why I chose the size and on day three of use, I really like it.

Love them
I almost did not get these because of a review that said it was impossible to get them open. I am frail and 74 years old and have a difficult time opening regular jars. I am so glad I did buy them. I did not find it difficult to open them, either the inside press thing or the outside lid. They are beautiful and I just need to get some labels that will look nice on them that are removeable. Masking tape does not do them justice. I will be purchasing more of these.

Great for keeping coffee fresh
Very easy to use and effective for keeping coffee fresh. I recently started roasting my own coffee at home and needed a better storage method. I did a lot of research, including some YouTube product comparisons by James Hoffman on coffee storage. I first purchased the Fellows Atmos canister, which works great but the vacuum sealing process takes a bit more effort in the mornings. I now use the Atmos for longer term storage and the AirScape as the daily driver because itโs easier to seal.

Very nice storage container for coffee beans!
I have been using a Prepara Evak glass container for a while now, and recently switched to Airscape after reading some of the reviews. I can't attest to how well Airscape is better than Evak for storing coffee beans but I like the extra cap for Airscape. I believe it acts as another barrier and helps to keep insects out. Not using glass should help with long term use. I have dropped the Evak glass container one too many times so hopefully the stainless steel Airscape lasts longer. However, I missed the stainless steel plate that the Evak has at the bottom of the lid, as they designed it with NO plastic touching the food for Evak. Airscape should have that.
