How tall are the counters?

The smallest ones like the cat and the baby are about one inch, while the mom and dad figures are about 2-3 inches. I'll post a photo for you in my review of them in my 4-year-old's hand.

Will these counters fit inside of an Easter egg?

Yes, the tallest ones are 2 and 3/8 inches which should fit. They are also somewhat flexible and could be slightly bent to fit an egg.

Do the figures come randomly or are there multiples of each one?

Hello! There are 24 counters in 4 colors to this set.

Would these work for a dollhouse?

I think they might work for a doll house
