Easier Than Making Your Own
My first experience making Japchae. Bought the Sweet Potato Noodles and then found this sauce. Very delicious recipe. If you like noodles it is definitely worth trying this!

Is love too strong of a word?
I tried this to try and replicate the flavor of Korean BB-q, and it hit the nail on the head. I have used this in many dishes, as a marinade or a dipping sauce. Stir-fry with either rice noodles or yakisoba; the flavor can't be beaten. To test it out, I went to a Korean restaurant and ordered the Japchae noodles, and the difference was barely noticeable. The restaurant's version was spicy, and this is not. There are several brands out there to choose from, and honestly, I have not tried them all, so you might want to experiment if this doesn't suit you.
