i’m 5”2 and i weigh around 120, which size should i get

Small or medium If your legs are thicker

will these keep warm in 50 degree weather?

Also re warmth - or lack of - it's your legs from top of hose to underwear and on up your back depending on what you're wearing...

what does it mean One size?.

Well it could have two meanings... One meaning being that one size fits all.The second meaning could be that you only have the one size at this time.
