Although the first delivered machine the cable just stop working for no reason I contacted the supplier and sent me new one which is working till now and happy using it for 2 years now

I’m very happy with this nail drill! I do nails professionally and usually have around three clients a day, doing both manicures and pedicures. This drill has worked really well for me and has been reliable throughout my workday. It’s easy to use, works smoothly, and has been a great addition to my nail setup. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it for anyone who does nails regularly.

I was using it well, but it suddenly broke down, so I sent an email to the customer center and they helped me replace it right away. It's the first time I've taken action so quickly in my life in Canada. Anyway, I don't know why mine broke, but my other friend used it without any problems. I think the price is reasonable and good for doing nails alone or using it in a shop. I recommend :)

EDIT! : after leaving my original review below, MelodySusie did reach out to me and sent me a new drill! The new one arrived in 2 days and is working perfectly! I’m sure it was just a motor malfunction on the old one. Thank you for replacing it! I can’t wait to continue doing my nails from home. MelodySusie definitely cares about their customers and that definitely makes me a customer for life! I wanted to love this so bad! I do my own nails, once a month, gelx! I love it. I upgraded my previous nail drill to this one. From the start it was great, held an amazing charge, only had to charge it once! Easy to handle, easy to switch out drill bits, super durable. I went to do my nails today and the drill died on me! For only having used it 4 times I expected it to last longer than this! The charger was still on 3, it just went out. Won’t turn on, change speeds anything! For it being pretty pricey and the most I’ve spent on a nail drill I expected it to last way longer! Very disappointed, I won’t be buying again!

Edit: I previously wrote a 1 star review but they had reached out and send me 2 replacement. So overall I’m very happy with their quick respond and customer service. Old review: I am so disappointed. I bought it in September and 2 months later it’s having problems. This should not happen considering this machine is almost $100. Very sad. This machine looks so pretty and had good reviews but reviews are primarily about good customer service due to malfunctioning machines. Wish I had realized that sooner so I could save $100:(

We received this item beginning of June 2023. It seemed like a good product it is lightweight and quiet and does a good job. However after 3 months it appears the hand wand has a broken wire (?) where it connects to the main unit and only works if you wiggle the wire. I have tried to contact someone at MelodySusie or Amazon but all I get is this item is no longar eligible for return even though I was looking to see if I could get another wand or wire or whatever. Buyer beware.
