Is there a way to keep it from turning on, while shooting regular bb's? How do we keep it in off mode to run with regular bb's?

There is a shutoff, idk what the other guy is talking about but basically you stick a rod through the middle and leave it there after it beeps 3 times, 5 times in a row. Yeah it's really weird but basically that's how they implemented it since there's no button. It also auto-shut offs after a short time and turns back on after shooting a BB so honestly you don't have to worry about turning it off.

Does this fit lancer gen2 M4 rifle airsoft? Thx

As long as it has 14mm CCW or 11mm CW, it can fit.

Will this fit the unclox gel blaster?

Probably yes, but you should buy gel tracer one. It have bigger hole
