Great 4G (LTE) product
I have had this for over 1 year and it works well. Dont keep in in direct sunlight or it will get very hot. However I have to say when I search for a newer version for 5G this device was highlighted. THIS DEVICE IS NOT 5G. Netgear have not released the 5G version as yet on their website NIGHTHAWK® M5 Mobile Router (MR5200). My experience with the 4G one I will upgrade depending on the cost.

Amazing router!
I work offshore where there is almost weak signal to sometimes no signal, yet the NETGEAR still is capable of getting a signal and a good one. Definitely worth the price and would definitely recommend this.

Battery
The only issue after using the product for 10 days now is the heat issue; once the Router temp. is high it wont charge even if you plug it. until it cools down the battery will start charging, which sometimes is not convenient specially if you are on the move. the second issue is the battery indicator doesn't have the battery percentage only a bar which is a misleading, you will only know the exact battery percentage if you log on to the software on your cell phone. Overall am happy with the product. 7/10

"very Poor Quality" battery keeps on draining and stops working will be returning the product for a refund

Battery discharges very fast
It is very friendly user and easy to handle, but the battery runs down very fast, I have to recharge it twice or sometime three times a day.
