They're not like sucking on the rock salt that is David brand, but they have enough salt to enhance the flavor, much like Spitz brand. In my opinion I think they could cut out about 33% of the salt they use and it'd still be just as good. Spitz is my preferred band (I believe it is the olive oil they use), but these seeds are nearly half the price and taste about 95% as good. Sunflower seeds
I am very happy with this product. I have had a hard time finding it the past. The sellers price is very reasonable and they got me the product faster than I expected. Would buy them again from the seller

These werent as I reneber them
I normally love these seeds but the last bags I ordered were not jumbo and didn't really have much of a taste. I have never had a bag of these that weren't jumbo size and very tasty. I am not sure why this batch seemed to be bad. I have been eating these for many years and will try again since they are the best tasting and largest sunflower seeds I have ever had. I am a sunflower seed lover, and they are a good snack.

Healthy Snack
I am on a low sodium diet, and these sunflower seeds have 75 mg for 3/4 cup. They are also relatively low calorie, with healthy fat. As a bonus, they are very tasty, and use potassium instead of sodium. They are my go to when I want a snack.

New Vendor? Bad Batch? Who knows? They are bad now!!!
Not good at all...ANYMORE. I had read the reviews when I bought a box of 12 bags, and they were the best. I was so impressed, that when we were down to our last 2 bags, I ordered another box of 12 and that's where it went downhill. This next batch is nothing but small, thin, different tasting seed, not up to pay for anyone. I am very sad that I cannot return these, but I guess you live and learn about the bait and switch.these will probably be given to people I kind of like, and if not, they will sit as an emergency backup if I run out of David's or something. Very disappointed.

My favorite sunflower seeds!
Best sunflower seeds! You can really taste the roasted and salted flavor! These are my favorite seeds!

Just like Home!
I grew up in South Dakota and really missed the sunflower seeds. SO glad to have a little taste of home. They have the best flavor without the sores in your mouth from all the salt. Will definitely buy again.
