An Inexpensive and Worthwhile Modification
Yup, they work well! The install is relatively easy and if planned out well, shouldn't take more than 30 minutes total. However, as others have said, the factory bolts are tight and look to have a thread lock of some sort. I used a 1/2" compact impact driver and had no problems (DEWALT-DCF894HB). With the front seats pushed forward there's adequate room to work, but it can be a bit tight. Also, some existing bolts are in a tight place and could be difficult to reach without a smaller tool or extension and a U-joint. If you are installing these with hand tools, you may need a breaker bar...the bolts are tight, but they will move. The directions are a bit awkward, so study them a tad. Note that when you remove the bolts holding the seat down, continue to remove the other bolts and then reassemble. The residual thread lock may make the new bolts a bit tough to get started, but not that bad on mine. The resulting effect is a much more comfortable seat with a bit more room for passengers.

Must Have Mod for Back Seat!
This was the first mod I did to my new JKU. I have 2 convertible car seats in the back and with the kids in them, it almost looked like they were sitting upright. That can't be comfortable for them. Alas, Innovative JK has this awesome and easy to install product to alleviate the problem! It took me less than an hour to install, and that was with filming the install/review for my YouTube channel. It is a MUST have for the back seat. I climbed in after the install, and the back seat is much more comfortable. It should come like this from the factory. A couple tips - use the seat belt to hold up the seat. May have to use some PB Blaster to help loosen the bolts. Some have needed a breaker bar, but I did not.

Awesome! Follow review suggestions!
Any issues with the product are on the installer. The instructions were top notch. I almost bought the cheaper version of the kit, but all reviews said bad instructions. Glad I splurged a little on the better kit with good instructions. Simple install, but you do need a few tools, including an 18mm socket. FIRST!!! If you have a pneumatic wrench, USE IT! Seriously!!! I got the first seven bolts loosened/off using a breaker bar (which almost broke me). Went to do the last three back legs for the seat. No can do. Seriously, no matter what, I couldn't get them loosened. After fighting with it for an embarrassingly long time, I finally grabbed the air compressor and impact gun. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Got the last three off in way less time than it took me for even one using the breaker bar. SECOND!!! Before you even start, park your Jeep at a slight incline so the doors fall open forward and you aren't fighting with them. Open the front doors, remove the strap that limits how wide the back doors open, and open them into the area where the front doors would be. If you don't open front doors first, you could ding your Jeep. THIRD!!! Instructions say to use seat belt. It seemed ridiculous to even fight with that, so I grabbed a medium bungee and pulled the seats up with that. Super easy. The hardest part of the entire install was getting those daggum bolts off!!! USE THE AIR COMPRESSOR IMPACT WRENCH. Seriously, if you don't have one, it is worth going out and buying one just for this job. I doubt it will be your last Jeep mod. ; D.

A must-have upgrade to your Jeep JK!!!
I did my research and bought these over other brands due to the reviews and high quality bolts. I purchased during the Black Friday time period for $40 and feel that is a fair price. They are what they are, but are definitely worth installing. Look up the installation instructions by the company, they are top notch and install went well; though I ended up doing by hand, and couldn't have done it without my 1/2 inch breaker bar and torque wrench.

A must have
If you have anyone riding in your back seat, then you need these. The difference they make in the seat position and comfort is amazing. The hardest part was getting the old bolts out so get a breaker bar and some penetrating fluid if your Jeep is older but it was worth the effort. I would definitely buy again!

Quality Kit that worked great on 2016 JKU Rubicon and install was well directed.
This fit my 2016 JKU Rubicon with no issues and it's shocking how just a few hunks of delrin can completely change the comfort of a vehicle. Looking at the reviews and now since installing the kit I can tell you the average review will most likely depend on what tooling you have at your disposal. I was able to finish this project in little under a half of an hour thanks to my half inch impact, followed by proper torquing. The delrin is machined nicely and the bolts are high quality. There's not much else to say except for maybe there should have been a patch of Loctite on the bolts or a small blister of it included to keep it factory style. All in all I have nothing bad to say and I'm thankful for the kit. Oh yeah, you can tell they take pride in their directions; atta boy for that one!

Nice Upgrade
Great product and makes a difference for back seat riders. I would suggest to make sure you have a heavy duty impact for the back 3 bolts. They sit at an angle and are super hard to remove. It took me about 3 hours just to get those bolts out with a breaker bar. Front bolts were a breeze.
