Banana Boat Kids Max Protect & Play Lotion Sunscreen SPF 100, 4oz | Childrens Sunscreen, Kids Sunblock Spray, High SPF, Water Resistant, 4oz

We live in Texas where the sun beams down hotter than it does in Michigan, where we used to live. So a good sunscreen is a MUST HAVE. I'm a little sad that Banana Boat has stopped making their Ultra Defense MAX Sheer Protect in the lotion version. I've found it for sale, but people are charging just under $20.00 and up for the SPF 30 in the 8 oz. size. I use too much sunscreen everyday to pay such an exorbitant price. When I could find it locally, I was paying around the same price for the SPF 100 lotion that I paid for this product. My dermatologist told me that a good sunscreen is necessary when you use Retin-A that works to prevent aging like I do. I did my research thoroughly and it appears that the ingredients in this product are the exact same ingredients in their Ultra Defense. So I've been using Kids MAX for close to a month now and I can safely that this product is terrific, just like the Ultra Defense MAX. It really blocks out the sun well!

My son is a redhead with almost yellow eyelashes and on a good day he is already pink with freckles. He burns quickly. We’ve tried many other brands, water resistant, sport etc. because he’s not a baby or child. the Banana Boat 100 is the only one that keeps him from burning when we take our cruises. I also appreciate the TSA allowed size. One seems to last us the whole trip. Lastly it doesn’t sting his eyes if he sweats.

I loved the idea of SPF 100, and I can see how this lotion could be that powerful. It is thick and sticky, though, so you have to use a bit of elbow grease to get good coverage. It doesn't really sink into the skin, more like sits in a layer on top of it. I bought the Banana Boat SPF 30, and that one truly sinks in. The smell of both definitely have a sunscreen odor, just something to think about if you're sensitive to smells.

Awesome Sunblock! My little one was on the beach & in the pool all day for a week & doesn’t look tanned at all. No allergy to the product either.. This was a life saver for my husband & myself too.. highly recommend it to all parents with kids.

Honestamente pensaba que por el precio y algunas de las “buenas “ críticas sería fiable, pero ha llegado sin precinto, lo que me hace dudar si ya ha sido utilizado antes, nunca pongo reseña ni para bien ni para mal, pero considero que es mejor advertir a futuras personas que sepan lo que se puede encontrar.

Ea espeso y protege muy bien! Único lugar donde encontré factor de protección solar mayor a 50, porque en el súper solo hay de 50 y 30 y eso no era suficiente para proteger la piel blanca de mi hija pequeña

Absolutely BRILLIANT FULL BLOCK SUN CREAM. A tad expensive but you have the security of knowing it works
