As a retired art teacher of 47 years, I have can recognize a good pair of scissors or snips. These are a good size for small to medium sized hands. Super duper sharp and a good runner-up for a number one position ! They do not come with a storage sleeve for the point of this scissors, but have a small lock. They do not come apart for deep cleaning, but they are made from stainless steel. The packaging is entirely in Chinese except for the words widely used and do it yourself handicrafts and hobbies. The handles are ribbed to prevent slipping and there is a small lock on the scissors as well as notch for cutting wire. You could use these for gardening, small pruning, perhaps in the kitchen or for any hobby projects. I plan on using can to cut up my cardboard from Amazon and packages. Really inexpensive and great. I would not use these for appendectomies!

Overall good scissors but they do not cut metal credit cards that I wanted to destroy.

Very sharp, bought these for my mother inlaw ( 78) she uses them for everything. Easy on her hands.

I got these because I hate scissors. Scissors never cut anything and I wanted something better. These shears were not the replacement for scissors, unfortunately, but they absolutely destroyed the pesky weeds growing along my chain link fence. I clipped those hearty stems with ease and speed. These shears did not, however, cut through the plastic casing on my frozen beef liver, or my Dr. Scholls. I am very happy with these sharp shears for yard work; I am still looking for a good pair of scissors that can cut plastic.

I bought the Stedi scissors about 2-1/2 years ago. I use them several times a week to cut various materials. I've cut plastic, cardboard, meats/bone, and metal. They always cut easily and have not dulled even after all this time. The grip is solid and ergonomic. They have no trace of rust. They are easy to clean (I always hand wash them, but don't know if they can be cleaned in the dishwasher.) These are my go-to scissors when I have something difficult to cut. I highly recommend!

More like small shears than scissors but a great tool, I don't often write reviews but thought if your a gardener or a crafter this would be money well spent.

I bought one of these for my EDC work pouch. They are so tough! I threw them in there thinking they'd be handy now and then, but to my suprise I use them all the time... I even purchased another to stay with my stationary tool box. they are lightweight, don't take up much space in the pouch, but also sharp and tough as can be. Super happy with them.
