Knurled grips provide consistent control, while aluminum Spinster shafts with locking holes reduce bounce outs by rotating freely and staying secure. Each set includes six wide glide flights with striking blitz graphics and a premium TacTech EVA case with a durable outer shell and foam-lined interior to protect your darts and accessories. ## Description The Viper Blitz 22 Gram Steel Tip Darts are the heaviest barrel in the Blitz line, for players who throw flat and want the dart to drive into the sisal rather than float. Each barrel is machined from a 95% tungsten alloy. Tungsten is dense enough that a 22 gram barrel can be made far slimmer than the brass or nickel silver darts most starter sets ship with, and a slimmer barrel means your three darts crowd less of the same bed. Tighter groupings are how scores go up. The 22 gram barrel carries a knurled band grip. Heavily knurled bands cover the barrel end to end, giving you a firm, comfortable hold that does not shift as the weight loads into your hand. Behind the barrel, each dart runs an aluminum Spinster shaft. The shaft rotates freely, so a dart arriving behind it can slide past the flight instead of deflecting off it, and the locking hole keeps the shaft tight to the barrel through a full night of play with no retightening. The set arrives complete. Three fully assembled steel tip darts, six spare Viperlock shafts, three extra wide glide flights and a dart wrench, all packed into a Viper TacTech case with a hard outer shell and foam-lined slots. These are metal tip darts made for sisal and bristle dartboards. ## Features - 95% TUNGSTEN BARRELS: 95% tungsten is far denser than brass or nickel silver, so the full 28 grams fits into a compact 48.2 mm barrel (5.94 to 7.08 mm diameter) for tighter groupings and more room for your next dart - KNURLED GRIP: heavy knurling and deep rings on the barrel let you grip the dart the same way every time, for a consistent, repeatable release - ALUMINUM SPINSTER SHAFTS: the shaft tops rotate on impact so incoming darts are deflected less, and locking holes keep each shaft tight to the barrel between legs - TACTECH CASE INCLUDED: the Viper TacTech EVA case has foam-lined slots that hold all three darts plus every spare shaft, flight and the wrench - COMPLETE READY-TO-THROW SET: 3 fully assembled steel tip darts, 6 spare Viperlock shafts, 3 extra flights, a dart wrench and the TacTech case ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B005NAZHSW | | Best Sellers Rank | #80,309 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #156 in Darts | | Brand Name | Viper by GLD Products | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (317) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00719265522317 | | Included Components | Dart wrench, Six (6) Viperlock polycarbonate shafts, TacTech EVA dart case, Three (3) complete darts with lightweight Aluminum Spinster shafts, Three (3) spare flights | | Item Dimensions W x H | 1.4"W x 1.4"H | | Item Highlight | Metal Tip Darts For Bristle And Sisal Dartboards, Set Of 3, TacTech Travel Case, Aluminum Spinster Shafts, Spare Flights | | Item Thickness | 5.7 inches | | Item Type Name | Steel Tip Darts | | Manufacturer | GLD Products | | Manufacturer Part Number | 23-2728-28 | | Material Type | Tungsten | | Model Number | 23-2728-28 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Shape | Round | | Size | 28-Gram | | Sport Type | Dart Shooting | | Team Name | Viper | | UPC | 719265522317 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 30 Days Against Manufacturer Defects | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Viper by GLD Products - **Color:** Black - **Material:** Tungsten - **Product Dimensions:** 1.4"W x 1.4"H ## Images ![Viper by GLD Products Blitz 95% Tungsten Steel Tip Darts Set with Case - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81zM0jXb9PL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Viper Blitz 95% Tungsten Steel Tip Darts with Storage/Travel Case - WINMAU Darts Blade 6 Triple Core Carbon Professional PDC Dartboard with Official Tournament Specifications | Endorsed by The PDC - Viper Sinister 95% Tungsten Steel Tip Darts --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://cook.desertcart.com/products/23380104-viper-by-gld-products-blitz-95-tungsten-steel-tip-darts](https://cook.desertcart.com/products/23380104-viper-by-gld-products-blitz-95-tungsten-steel-tip-darts) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cook Islands* *Store origin: CK* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
