My 13 year old Pittie rescue was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate through ultrasound. For 3 months he was waking up in the middle of the night to go out and make a giant pee and drink lots of water. I tried everything our vet suggested, but nothing worked. I found this after doing research. Within a few days he was back to sleeping through the night and so was I ! I have it on auto ship so that should tell you my opinion not this product.

I was skeptical to try this because it didn’t have many reviews so even though I normally skip this step, I am leaving one. This product is amazing. I am about to place an order for my second bottle now because I just gave the last bit to my dog. I saw improvements after the first couple of days of use. Very impressed.

UPDATE 8/1/19: I have noticed one hiccup during long term use & that is it makes my basset eyes watery & itchy & I believe that was caused by giving him the top dose recommended. You see after 50 pounds it shows 50ml but under 50 just 25ml, i give him the 25ml as a preventive dose now & have noticed less problems with side effects. As a precaution to the side effects I discontinued use & blood in the tail end (voiding) urine immediately appeared within 2 days..though not near as prenounced as was before I started him on the treatment, There is a female dog in heat 2 houses down that has riled up his prostate & hormones. Took about a week from the first dose to see results for me. But please make sure your pet is not suffering from another issue that may look similar . I have an almost 11 year old unaltered Basset hound, when he is voiding his bladder a little shot of blood will come out at the end sometimes mixed with urine, I second guessed it thinking maybe bladder stones when really it's his prostate.. Giving him this stuff made him feel 90% better & when used everyday he don't bleed* as long as he is drinking plenty of water throughout the day... It does tend to upset his stomach a bit If i don't use a probiotic in his food when I give it to him... Not good to give him on an empty stomach as it will give him stomach trouble & won't touch his water.

My 5 year old rescue Pit/Beagle mix is not fixed yet and he had frequent urination, some bleeding from his private area, I took him to the vet, no UTI, no other issues except his prostate is enlarged. The vet recommended spaying . I plan to have it at some point but for right now I am using PetAleve Prospet drops and I have to say that I am amazed of how well they work. My dog wears male wraps during the day when I am at work and his urine looks lighter, no more bleeding. It really works. I give him half a dropper 2 x a day in his food.

I really can't tell if this has made a difference with my mini schnauzer's prostate health, especially since it hasn't helped his infection related to his prostate. However it does have saw pawmetto which is very good for male dogs so I'm sure it helps a little.

I would like to thank the people who make this formula . I can’t thank you enough. My dog had been leaking urine from his penis for quite a while. Not in big amounts but enough. Then within the last three months he had been starting to bleed and sometimes heavily from his penis I’m not so it would drip while he was walking around he would drip blood . Everything else was the same about him he didn’t act sick or stop eating or anything like that. But I was extremely worried that it could lead to cancer and I could not afford to take him to the vet I did once before in all they did is give him an antibiotic that did nothing. Unfortunately the vet today make it very very hard to own a pet and take care of it properly. I wish I had thousands and thousands of dollars to take care of my Pat and I would spend it on him in a minute before I spent it on myself Well anyway I started giving him pet alive because of all the reviews I read. I’ll be honest. I fully expect to waste my money and get no results. But low and behold after about a week of 75 ml two times a day for a week the leaking of the urine and more importantly the bleeding from the penis stopped completely. I am so relieved that my little boy LOL 95 pound German Shepherd but to me he is my little boy stopped bleeding from his private parts I cannot tell you how relieved I am not to worry and worry every day hour upon hour if my dog is going to pass soon thank you thank you thank you please keep making this private and Amazon please keep carrying it. Anybody that is skeptical I would say give it a try I cannot say it will work for you but if you try it and it does work you Waist $40 so what. But if it does work look what you have gained.

My dog was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. Before we knew the diagnosis, we noticed him straining to pee. This product did help him get fluid out, as long as it was given regularly; he would void a couple of hours from administration and we would see streaming or at least droplets coming out. It did not prolong his life, but I truly feel it helped him to void, and we saw improvement very quickly. Hopefully he was as comfortable as possible before he left us, the very good boy.

I waited until we went back to the vet before reviewing but these work! My in tact beagle starting having blood in his urine and they told us his prostate was enlarged so they wanted to neuter him. We asked our vet and she checked the ingredients and said if we were to go the holistic route this is what they would recommend. He is 8 and we didn’t want to quickly turn to surgery so we’ve been giving drops twice a day for 4 months and we went today , everything looks and feels great! I ordered these for my dog who was struggling to wee and passing blood. Initially I thought it was an infection, sadly it turns out he has an inoperable bladder tumour. I gave him these drops, and his urine has improved considerably, much less blood, much less difficulty in passing urine, much less urgency and frequency. Now, the outcome for him is still the same, but, he is hugely more comfortable,in whatever time he has left, so I'd really recommend them, and also used a remedy called chanca piedra , the stone breaker which is a kidney/ gallstone blaster. It's also worth saying that these friendly sellers sent the product immediately for no extra charge, their communication was fab. So, in all I would highly recommend this product, especially as an allopathic vet will offer only antibiotics or surgery and in our case antibiotics didn't work and surgery isn't an option as the tumour is at the neck of the bladder. My dog clearly feels better in himself, for however long he has left, and that in itself is a huge relief .

I bought this for my dog who has had five courses of antibiotics for-? probably an enlarged prostate/prostatitis. It worked! We are now five days after the end of the antibiotics and he appears to be comfortable and well. I give him the drops three times a day as advised for his weight and he's been fine. It is now two weeks on and my dog is still very well. Will continue to use these drops and will buy this product again. Brilliant!

What do I say about these drops my bull dog as a swollen prostate bleeds and pees at night Having a bully means endless costs he as had endless meds from the vets and now I can say wow just wow after 4 days of these drops no more bed wetting and bleeding as stopped an absolute god send love love love this

This was for my 14 year old border Terrier with prostate troubles and occasional incontinence. The little man is so much better and happier now.

Have only recently started to give the drops to my two dogs who have previously had prostrate problems, and I am hoping this product will prevent a recurrence. Too early to say yet how successful this is but happy to have found a natural product to try.
