Great quality
Great replacement for the two piece tubes that broke when heater blew over. This is one tube and it looks so much better. Easy to recommend this product !

12 screws short , 2 persons Required to assemble , just waiting to fit the rest of screws to see if it works , pleased so far with appearance

Well worth purchasing
Easy to put up, yeah there’s a lot of pieces but instructions are clear and didn’t take too long. Looks stylish, quite slim standing, tall but heat output is really good.

Brilliant customer service
This is a lovely looking heater ,have not used it yet ,but I'm sure it will be great ,it's very well made ,that delivery and excellent. Customer service ,had a slight problem,but was sorted straight away ..

Impressive looking heater
.Many pieces to assemble which was not that easy. Instructions could have been clearer. Heat output is ok, however it is a very impressive looking heater and overall we are pleased with it.

Looks great but it the easiest to assemble
Looks great but the instructions are minimal to say the least with the smallest diagrams possible to try and work from. Needs 2 people for some to push / pull parts into shape to be able to fasten or tighten certain bits. Screen of the fold down section doesn’t fit so replaced with alternative, be careful of the square metal top section as it sliced my thumb when touched at one stage. As long as you have plenty of time, patience and someone to help hold bits then it does look great once you get there.

Excellent product, great customer care
Great product. Had a slight issue with an item drying transportation however this was dealt with promptly and easily. Would highly recommend.
