Is it possible to purchase only the LOTO station without the lockout tagout devices?

TRADESAFE XL lockout tagout stations come with a complete set of lockout tagout devices and supplies, however, we offer our Large and XXL LOTO Station without LOTO devices, as well as our steel storage cabinets in different sizes.

What is the maximum number of LOTO padlocks that this station can hold?

Our XL LOTO station has (10) shackle holders designated for padlocks and (4) for a hasp. Each shackle holder can hold (2) locks. If you need more space, we have padlock stations that can accommodate either 10, 12, 20, 24, 44, or 80 lockout locks.

If multiple sets are purchased, are the padlocks in additional sets keyed the same as the ones in the first set?

No. Each set comes with keyed different padlocks. Additional sets will have unique keys.

How to get replacement keys?

We do not keep a spare key for any of our locks. In case the key is lost, you may destroy the padlock to remove it from the locked out machine/equipment while strictly following proper LOTO procedures and with the approval of authorized supervisors.

Can more lockout tagout supplies be added to this station?

This station is sized to fit only the current items included; thus, there may be limited space for additional supplies. Empty steel storage cabinets and LOTO storage bags are available separately to store additional LOTO devices.

Excellent for the Price

This lockout kit with 12 locks is the same price as another brand with 4 locks. If you are concerned about the quality, it is about the same as any other lockout kit I've seen out there. It even includes two keys for each lock.
