Perfect weight for an Indian Club Beginner
I started with a set of 5 lbs clubs, thinking “I’m a fit man!”😂…..and got served some humble pie! After stepping down to the 1 lbs clubs, I find my technique and endurance is much better with these new (to me) exercises. Once I tone up properly, I’ll go back to the 5 pounders.This Indian Club exercise regime is excellent and challenging, and is particularly good for restoring or developing range of motion in the wrists, elbows and shoulders.My only complaint was the amount of time it took for these to be manufactured and shipped to me. They were on back-order for almost a year!

The product was as pictured and as described. I took one star off because the handle end is not round. I did not realize that would be an issue until I started learning the clubs.
