How long do i bake these mini teacakes?

Until the top gets golden brown. I don’t remember, but maybe about 20 minutes at 350. Check at about 15 minutes

Can this be used as a cannele mold?

Probably, but I would spray the mold first with non stick spray to be safe, or a dusting of flour.

What is the approximate volume of the individual pieces?

Hello, The total capacity for the Tea Cakes and Candies Pan is 2.5 cups. The finished baking capacity for each mold is 1.3 Tablespoons~ Always leave room for your batter to rise. The cavities are approximately 1.75 inches across and .75 inch tall. ~Nordic Ware customer Service
