Introducing our superior lightweight block. Made from first grade, non toxic EVA foam we've updated our design to be more stylish with rounded edges and corners to provide additional comfort and an easier hand grip. This new quality has the added benefit of being extra durable and scratch resistant. This 'half thickness' foam block can be used either in place of or with a full thickness block for small adjsutments of height. It's still light enough to carry between classes, yet sturdy enough to bear your weight in postures, our lightweight foam blocks are an integral part of your yoga kit. Blocks enhance your practice by supporting, stabilising and aligning the body. Sit on one to raise your hips for a straighter spine, or put four together for a classic shoulder stand support.

This arrived in good condition and it's just great
This arrived in good condition and it's just great. I use it twice daily for my physio exercises. It is a better head rest than a cushion or pillow.

Extra knee cushioning for yoga
I wanted these blocks as extra cushioning for under my knees when doing yoga. They do the job perfectly.

Vale para cualquier sesión de estiramientos - No solo para hacer yoga -
No hago Yoga.
