How can your latest LTS version (LM -21) run on 32-bit systems when LM-21 is 64-bit only?

When you said a "32-bit systems", I presume your system is running on a 32-bit CPU. In this case, it cannot run a 64-bit operating system.

Does the install come with a web browser?

Linux Mint comes with a wide range of software installed, including LibreOffice, Firefox, Thunderbird, HexChat, Pidgin, Transmission, and VLC media player. This is not an entire list and many other apps can be added as needed.

The operating system includes the WiFi functionality, however you need to have the supporting hardware. Meaning the actual WiFi hardware device. If your computer has the supporting hardware, this software supports it.

Will this disk boot to a system with a blank HD and no operating system?

Yes, this can be used for installation or recovery. Additionally, it can boot directly from the DVD.

This could replace Windows

So far so good. The installation is relatively straight forward. I am currently evaluating alternative operating systems to replace Windows 10. So far, IMO, Linux Mint can handle 90% of the things I do with my Windows computer. Mint includes LibreOffice suite and Firefox in the installation; so I was able to access the Web and open word documents. I am still evaluating and will update this review as needed.

If you're used to Microsoft, you'll be better off sticking with it!

I don't like it.I can't run much of the hardware installations I want to run. Because, they are for Microsoft!I ended up replacing it with Microsoft 10 Pro!It's much, much better!!!
